Name:BS-9300 Secondary Battery Performance and Life Test Device
Description:Used to test a battery for its performance and the life of a secondary battery. This device can test nearly all types of common secondary batteries, lithium ion, nickel-hydrogen, nickel-cadmium and their battery packs. 16 channels of independent constant current sources and control circuits are used to test 16 combined batteries or single batteries simultaneously without interfering with one another and at very high efficiency. The user can set the device to operation modes of constant current charging, constant voltage charging, constant current discharging, non-charging and non-discharging. The maximum work steps that may be configured for the test is 25. It also provides cyclic tests and nested-cyclic tests. Each channel can store up to 30 work steps of test data. The data is saved securely in the event power is cut off, plus, the original test can continue even if the device is abruptly shut off. This device has a strong voltage, current and AC internal resistance test for batteries. The voltage sampling interval is ≤3 seconds, the current sampling interval is ≤3seconds as well, but the interval for internal resistance sampling is ≤48 seconds. The test results may be shown as curve diagram or cycle broken-line diagram. Description:The BS-VR portable battery internal resistance tester is a new test instrument used to test battery internal resistance via the alternating current process. According to international codes, it uses a 1,000Hz±10% alternating current to test battery internal resistance. It can also test the battery voltage. As the four-line approach is used for testing, contact errors are effectively eliminated. Since a warning value for disqualification can be set, it is very simple to operate. The reading display rate is 2 - 3 times/second. This tester is suitable for testing the internal resistance of Ni-MH, Ni-Cd and combined batteries.
